Production departments

The mechanical tooling which serve to the hot forging department are entirely designed and manufactured in-house, with modern machining centres. The technical department is fully equipped with powerful softwares for the design and the 3D modelling of the forging dies, aiming at the top quality of the materials to grant consistency in the quality of the forged parts. 

The manufacturing of the dies is also carried on in-house, on lathes and boring-milling machines, which are a great help also in case of real-time modifications during the forging phase, to get short production down-times and respect of delivery times.

Everything is backed by wise long-term investments, zero-compromises on the quality of the machinery park, and constant monitoring of the production parameters which are influencing the quality of the final product.

Bonpress is equipped with automatic sawing machines, able to cut the brass rods with the utmost precision, relying in this department on the technological leadership of the saw-machine manufacturer BLM_Adige

The brass forged parts can be deburred in cold state, with the utmost precision thanks to 4 robotised trimming cells and 5 manual trimming presses, granting speed and accuracy even for the most difficult trimming.
